Your information should help you follow up — not become someone else's product.

This Privacy Policy explains how Now It's Seen collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Now It's Seen services, including the Lead Follow-Up app. We do not sell your personal information or the prospect/customer information you enter into Lead Follow-Up.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, login credentials, and information needed to maintain your account and sessions.
Business profile information. Lead Follow-Up may store your business name, owner/user name, industry, services, business phone, business email, preferred writing style, signature, reminder time, and time zone.
Prospect and customer information you enter. This can include a person's name, business/company, phone number, email address, service or product interest, estimate or quote amount, notes, lead source, status, follow-up date, and whether an opportunity is active, won, or lost.
Follow-up activity. The app may store records of actions you log or take in the app, such as calls, texts, emails, reminders, rescheduling, AI draft creation, and other follow-up activity.
Notification information. If you choose to enable reminders, the app stores the technical push-notification subscription information needed to deliver those reminders. Notification permission is optional and can be turned off.
Subscription and payment status. When paid service is enabled, payment processing is handled through PayPal. We may store subscription identifiers, plan information, payment/subscription status, dates, and report credits. We do not store your full payment-card number.
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate Lead Follow-Up, save your prospects and business profile, show follow-ups and reminders, maintain activity history, provide account access, support subscriptions, respond to support requests, protect the service, and improve reliability.
AI-assisted message drafts
When you ask Lead Follow-Up to create a draft message, relevant information you supplied — such as your business profile and the prospect information needed for that draft — may be sent to the AI service used to generate the draft. The app is designed for you to review the draft before you decide whether to send or use it.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the app, including hosting/cloud infrastructure, authentication and storage, payment processing through PayPal, push-notification delivery, and an AI provider for requested message drafting. These providers receive information only as needed to perform those services, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Data sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information or your prospect/customer data. We do not share it for third-party advertising. Information may be disclosed to service providers that help us operate the service, when you direct us to do so, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, or secure the service.
Data retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can delete individual prospect records or permanently delete your Lead Follow-Up account from the Business Profile area of the app. Account deletion removes the Lead Follow-Up account and associated app data; if an active PayPal subscription is attached to the account, the app attempts to cancel it before deletion. You may also contact support@nowitsseen.com for help with a deletion request. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-recordkeeping purposes.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in transit and in our systems. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your responsibilities
Lead Follow-Up lets business users enter information about their own prospects and customers. You are responsible for having an appropriate reason and any permission required by law to collect, store, contact, or message those individuals.
Children
Now It's Seen and Lead Follow-Up are business services and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the policy was last revised.
